      <description>&lt;P&gt;When every someone call me or i call them i can not call them and they can not call me and on my phone on the top right coner it says sos and I have tried to turn of my phone but it still does not work i have taken my sim card out and put it in other phones and it still says sos what should i do do i buy a new sim card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269151"&gt;@preet2175&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly, where did you get, and how long have you had, this particular SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to gently remove it and clean the gold contacts using a soft pencil eraser, or a small bit of rubbing alcohol on an Q-tip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After it's dry, place it back in the device, and reboot the device.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try another known working SIM card in your device to see if all calling &amp;amp; texting features work.&amp;nbsp; This will exclude the issue as being the SIM card vs your device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
