you do not really need any code to Change Plan.

Please login to My Account, Plan & add-ons and select "Change My plan"

Also @Karoline1963 if you are referring to the code to bring down the $55 plan to $35 for 15 months with a code, that plan itself is no longer available for exiting and new customers at all
