Customers can change their community account email in their profile but they need to remember to verify it if they want any possible community rewards to be applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269086"&gt;@Brittjd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ordered a phone during the recent $30 ($5×6 months) promotion then the only option to recieve the credit would be to either change your self serve email to the one used for the phone order thru customer support or activate with the phone order email. What is the concern w8th the email address used? Or did you make an error on the shipping address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
