Just because it's not working for you does not mean it's a scam. Two of my three accounts got it instantly after replying. I'll need to ask for the third one tomorrow or so.

Did you get the text? Did you reply to it? If you did not get the text then wait until tomorrow to ask. If you did reply to it then try another browser or device or use private mode. Maybe even a non-mobile browser.
