      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Cyber Monday I upgraded 3 phone plans with the 20offmonthly deal and it was only applied to 1 phone even though the plan change recognized the promo at the time of upgrade.&amp;nbsp; Now I am being charged almost $60 for each phone instead of $35.&amp;nbsp; How do we get any action on billing without having anyone to talk to directly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
