      <title>Cannot receive incoming calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just noticed that I cannot receive incoming calla. Who ever dial my number, the call just goes to the answer service, cannot hear the bell. Even I turned off the phone &amp;amp; on again several times, still the same error. I can surely call anyone but cannot receive anyone's call. Can someone help me pls. get going this feature again. Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46086"&gt;@mferna14&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you have been PM customers for some time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change your Preferred Network type on your phone to 3G Only and see if the phone can still connect to the network and&amp;nbsp; if that helps.&amp;nbsp; if so, leave it there for couple days before change it back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, you might want to test incoming calls at another location, it could be local network issue only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried my phone right now., No Difference, still goes to the answering machine even if the mobile data is set to off. &amp;amp; I need to use internet out of my house too. I could do all this before any kind of change was done to my service. What happened all of sudden. Sorry to inform you, still the same problem.
