Im just wondering if could keep my number, but transfer it to a new sim card, ive lost my phone so that was the sim as well. Im just wonder if theirs any hope of keeping my number, with PC

yes, you can easily keep your number and use "attach" it to the new sim card

First, get a new sim card at Telus or Koodo store (Do not buy from PM online as it could take them long to deliver the sim card)

Once you got it, and have a replacement phone, then login to My Account, click Quick Links on the top right and then click "Change sim card", follow the steps to complete the process

The only thing you need to do is buy a new Public Mobile SIM card. it can be attached to your current account from within your Self Serve account.
