      <title>Plan Won't Change on Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with my plan change showing up in 'my account'. Before my last two billing cycles started, I switched from the 5GB&amp;nbsp;@ 3G speed to 15GB&amp;nbsp;@ 4GB speed but when my new billing cycle starts, my old plan remains as my current plan on when I'm on the My Account page. I've noticed a major increase in my speed so it seems I have actually been upgrade to the 4G speed but the the existing 5GB data shows on My Account, which makes me worry that if I go over the 5GB, I will get charged overage fees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Re-open your web browser and log in again. That should fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
