My voice-mail says it is no longer in service. What is wrong? How do I retrieve messages i know are waiting?

Do you have active service? What do you hear when you dial *611?

Try dialing 1 (your area code) 580-4001 for your voicemail rooting number in your area.

@Selfserve , try logging into the self serve account and resetting the voicemail password. This function is under the profile tab.

Is your voice mail full?

To access either press one on your mobile phone or dial your number from your mobile phone and follow the prompts.

@Selfserve first, if you call yourself from a landline, can you leave yourself a voicemail?

and did you try to access your voicemail from a landline?

Strangely, I repeatedly wasn't able to access my voice-mail in the hotel, but once I left I tried again out on the highway and it worked! Thank you all for your suggestions.
