Not getting bonus text

I was away from the country and missed the 2GB +. 500 minute bonus text. How can I claim my bonus? Thank you

If you had received and missed the text try texting YES2 to 4911. If you still have not received anything by the the 31st contact an agent.

You need to be in Canada so your PM text can be sent to your phone.

There was another posting about the same thing and they were out of the country until February and the CS_Agent replied back to them saying the need to reply to the text and they can’t add it into their account manual.

If you can’t reply to the text by December 31 then you missed this promo…maybe next year.
