I can no longer use telephone so I cannot receive verification text which makes it impossible to verify my account to make a payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
