      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I was unable to update my payment method. Therefore, my service has been temporarily suspended. I cannot sign in using my email as a verification method, as the email registered on my public mobile account is no longer active. I can't sign in to update my payment method, and *611 is of no use for the exact reason as well. No option on there to update payment method. Can only do so by logging into my account, which I cannot do. Can anybody help??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
