      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221912"&gt;@AmrPublic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try to use Private mode and Incognito to check if the scheduled plan change is there&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, then try to make the change on renewal date again with you already using Incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221912"&gt;@AmrPublic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I, too, has that occur with one of my 'peeps'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set the plan change to occur, then logged out, logged back in and it showed the incorrect data bucket with the pending plan change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I canceled the plan change, and set it up again.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The 2nd time, it displayed the correct 'version' of the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is clearly a glitch with the self-serve pages.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Good that you double-checked!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
