Why I didn't get the bonus that was offer 2 GB bonus one-time data add-on and 500 international long-distance bonus minutes. All the friends that are Public Mobile get that bonus but not me. Why?

According to terms and conditions, the text will come by December 15.

If you still have not received after December 15, contact customer service agent who help manually add the add ons.

If not, open ticket with CS agent on Dec 16th, they will add them back
