      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back in October I received an email from Public about buying a preowned phone from Public will get $5 off from plan billing for 6 months. Offer will be expired on Oct 26th. I bought a phone according to the instructions in the email on Oct 23rd. Today is December 13th. I still haven't see the $5 reduction in my bill. I just got my auto pay account charged today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
