    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239034"&gt;@Marina12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;invalid number error could be because there is already a porting request submitted.&amp;nbsp; It could be because the first attempt was on fact submitted.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if PM charged you card already.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, then just activate with a temporary new number first.&amp;nbsp; Once activated, first check if you can make outgoing and receive&amp;nbsp; incoming calls. Once confirmed, open ticket with PM for them to help to port&amp;nbsp; manually&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered more than 10 times. Still error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please enter a valid Canadian phone number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
