      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to activate a new SIM and the payment cannot be processed. I've tried 3 different cards. There are no fields for address or name. It's just the credit card info. How do I proceed to complete my activation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It most certainly should&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268584"&gt;@margarito&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In fact, the whole web page caching and temperamental nature of the activation and logging into self-serve should either be PERMANTENLY&amp;nbsp; rectified or it should be stated in&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="6" color="#FF0000"&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;bold red lettering&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;that using incognito tabs, after clearing cache and cookies, fixes a lot of issues around here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
