      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a phone about 2 weeks ago and I got an order number but I don’t have a receipt or tracking info.. also doesn’t even say phone has shipped yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I speak with someone about this??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
