      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the account number but it seemed changed for some strange reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I sign in for my account, it does not allow me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to reset my password, even though I get the text message on my cell, and start the process, it shows me an error message at the end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a real nightmare.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
