      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to set up community with a different address &amp;nbsp; Now I can’t get into my account. &amp;nbsp;I set up a ticket to reset account so that I can get help with overcharge! &amp;nbsp; Simon won’t help without getting into my account. &amp;nbsp;Grrrrr.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
