    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed plans recently, if that matters.&amp;nbsp; I don't have any blocked numbers and I still receive 2FA SMS from all other vendors.&amp;nbsp; I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something at my end - thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A week or two ago I suddenly stopped receiving 2-step verification codes from Microsoft.&amp;nbsp; Everything else remains functional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could this be a Public Mobile issue?&amp;nbsp; It seems unlikely, but I'm having a tough time getting the issue resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about considering changing MS 2FA to using the authenticator app instead of SMS?&amp;nbsp; You won't have to rely on SMS system regardless of carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/87387"&gt;@slugboy6000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;make sure you didn't block the shortcode used by MS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and, why don't you use Microsoft Authenticator?&amp;nbsp; it is safer then text&lt;/P&gt;</description>
