You can do that yourself from inside your My Account.

Click on Payment and you can update your CC from there.

Make sure to login to your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first. Try doing it using a computer or laptop instead of your mobile phone, if you can. Try again.

Just go to your account page and click on "Manage Payment" there you will see the option to include your debit or credit card. Hope this helps.
