      <title>Cannot sign into My Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I attempted to sign into My Account today, I get an error message (repeatedly). I have tried accessing using different browsers. Its not a username or PW problem as I cannot even get that far!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having this problem?Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems the recent sign-in problem has resolved. My browser (Firefox) sent a cryptic "unauthorized" message. This was a PM server issue, not a local browser cache or otherwise. Best advise was to wait an hour and try again. Thanks PM for quick resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
