You'll have to get the help of a Customer Support Agent to do that for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either send a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before trying to reach a CSA, try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your login might work that way. Try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day I made a new account with a new phone number and new email address but the email address won't log in and I can't log in to my account to change the email address. How do I change my email with out being able to get in to the email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
