      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have run out of "data" on my account - but I see that I still have 6.12 gigs of "addon" usage, of which I have used 0. (I believe I purchased these addons a while ago, like a few months ago? but they've never been used)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I activate this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(The data is not working on my phone right now)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, I actually resolved my own problem - it seems that the add-on section was not refreshed!!!! So once I refreshed that section it showed that I had no add-ons left.&amp;nbsp; So, I purchased another add-on and everything is working fine now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all for your very quick responses!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
