      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268171"&gt;@Lsparvier&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes those texts are wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should login into your account and check out the usage yourself&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode and check again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You were probably looking at old cached information before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just in case, check your account if it says Active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe cell tower in your area has outage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try your SIM in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. &lt;STRONG&gt;Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
