However, up until now, I don’t see the reward showing up my account ( $2 off from my bill and my husband’s bill) Also, my husband and myself should get an additional $10 each.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes I did the same thing to my husband on the Dec 4, and no rewards so far, so i contacted the agent, he said he didnot see my refer code entered which is weird.&amp;nbsp; the refered person can contact them and add manually. i just received a message to confrm this. will be within 72 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hubby did get 5 points&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268157"&gt;@wendykcw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending if you are on the old Rewards system or the new Points system (activate your SIM after January 25, 2022).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only your husband will receive the $10 credit on his second bill but you will receive $1/month (Rewards system) or 1point/month (Points system)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the $2/month credit only applies to members on the old Rewards system for using AutoPay but will only receive 5% in points (Point system) on your monthly payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI we signed second line on the 4th, missing reward just like you, I contacted them, gladly to see the $1 reward was added to the refering accounts, waiting the $10 for the refered account now, please contact the agent, they are quite prompt to reply your PM. make sure you remember your community PIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
