      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268126"&gt;@Hayanee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Well if you ported out on the 29th Nov. and payment was due on 28th Nov., then you can't really expect a refund as you were still a PM a customer, plus prepaid service means no refunds unless there was an error from PM's side for that charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact support via chatbot and ask customer service to remove any payment card by submitting a ticket, for any future errant charges (unlikely as account is closed after porting) here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
