      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268113"&gt;@Jojo85&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do that yourself by asking a Public Mobile Customer Support Agent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is either send a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket ask for the port request again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
