Cannot Make Outgoing Calls

Hi Everyone,

I just discovered that I cannot make outoing calls. Whenever I make a call I get a voice message indicating that the call cannot be completed and my call is not covered by my plan. My phone was working as of yesterday and I have unlimited provinicial calling.

I can receive calls, can send texts and I apparently have data. I have tried restarting the phone and attmped to call several numbers, always with this same result. Any assistance would be appreciated.

There’s an outage. No estimated time to repair. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.

Same here, I am trying to make a local call, but the system is saying my plan doesn't cover this long distance call..!!

The outage is now resolved - can you please power cycle your phones and test for outgoing calls?

Done. It's back now.
