      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data was on. Roaming was not. I just opened it, but it still doesn’t work. I made phone calls in Buffalo. It worked. Not sure if it works, or because it’s close to Canada. I just tried now, and the phone call and text didn’t work either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/125111"&gt;@yanxi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am pretty sure you were using the roaming when you were in Buffalo.&amp;nbsp; US network signal is much much stronger than Canadian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Florida connection is a mix from the review.&amp;nbsp; Someone confirmed it wasn't working well in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sarasota area. But other reported&amp;nbsp;central and west coast Florida was good with data, voice was unreliable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again in different area and hope it works.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worst case, when you are back, open ticket with PM and they will likely compensate it based on your experience.&amp;nbsp; And for now, maybe head to a Walmart to get local data sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
