Unlimited Provincial wide calling does not work

I have been with PM for over a year now, I have always had the same plan with unlimited provincial wide calling. I never had any trouble using it.

However, this morning when I tried to call my friend with a 613 number (ottawa region), it told me that "could not complete my call as i dont have a long distance call add-on". I am in Toronto and have a 647 number. My friend is in Toronto as well. I have called him many times before this morning, and we never had any problems. Not sure if this problem incurred just this morning or this past weekend. My plan was reset on thursday, and it still worked when I called my friend on Fridayt.

It still does not work now, anyone experiencing the same thing?

there are widespread issues for some callers - contact @CS_Agent

There’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.

I am having the same issue, I also have provincial calling, but I cannot make any calls, not even local.

It doesn't work either. No outgoing call for me. Although I can receive incoming call.

Not working either on my line or my wife's line. Please fix because we can't call in the GTA at all. trying to call Hamilton from Mississauga and getting the issue.

Yes, I am also having the same issue. Seems to be wide-spread. Hopefully one of the @CS_Agent can give an update on the issue soon!

No, all outgoing calls from my 416 mobile number don't work. However, I am still able to receive calls from 416 landlines.

Oh I did not realize that local calls are also not working. I'm sure this will be resolved soon

We understand that quite a handful of you have been experiencing an issue placing local calls. This is in fact an outage but our team is working on a fix. Please stay tuned for updates - in the meantime, please periodically power cycle your phones and test for service.

I am outside of GTA, and also have no calling. Hopefully solved soon.

Mine was down today too, but is fixed now.

Is yours working again?
