How do you change your username in the Public Mobile Community?

Only a CS_Agent can change your user name.

Just private message them if you are not in a hurry or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot for a speeder reply.

@WolverineCaz You'll need to contact customer support via chatbot to have the name changed. Here's a link to chatbot to submit a ticket: https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help

edit: BTW, luckily once CSA's change your name, then all posts with the name you have now will automatically also change including where the name has been tagged like in this thread.

Sorry but, you can't do it yourself so you have to get a Customer Support Agent to do it for you.

@CountyDownIeUk Yes, I'm certain and a few members have changed their usernames that I'm aware of, luckily I don't remember their original names. Looks like poor old SIMon is wrong, again..

Yup it is true. Had mine change 1.5 year ago.
