      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't send or receive phone calls.&amp;nbsp; Recording is saying "account suspended because of non payment".&amp;nbsp; My account is automatic withdrawal and has been at least for one year or more.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
