Hi there, I believe I need a moderator. When I try to make calls it gives me a message saying I do not have a call plan.

It’s speculation there’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.

i've tried to make calls but I keep getting a "your plan does not have an active long distance addon" message. I have a province wide unlimited plan and should have no need for an addon.
