      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be cell tower issue. Outage in your area. Your phone just died... all kind of issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try re-seating your SIM. Clean phone's SIM contacts. Try SIM in another phone. Try another SIM in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
