Problems Accessing my account information

I have a change in my credit card, but currently I cannot access my account to make the changes necessary. Is the site down for maintenance? and if so....how long will it be down? I need to make these changes before the 10th.

Just tried that, still get Error code 404 whenever I try entering any category under my account

Some people buy vouchers and dial 611 on the phone to add it. Gas stations and 7/11 are good places to buy them. I've got one from Esso before.

Have you tried clearing the cookies from the browser? Those seem to be problems with login here.

Error code 404 means that your browser can’t link onto the website you are looking for.

Try Google Chrome or Windows Edge but clear your cache, cookie and go incognito on the browser.
