It appears to be a widespread issue/outage. There is a trending post which advised to post..

Your area code

Area you are in (i.e the city)

First 3 numbers of your phone number.

There are alot of people experiencing the issue so my guess is PM will be all over it.

It’s speculation there’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.
