      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/267600"&gt;@Baylee13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your probably looking at old cached information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the 4 G speed won't show up for about 48 hours from your switch to the 4G plan though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
