"Can I call a Canadian number in Mexico" You cannot with PM phone. There is no roaming service

"Can I call Mexico from Canada?" Yes if you have proper Long Distance addin

The correct answer is....

Yes, as long as the person you are calling in Mexico has service in Mexico with their Canadian plan.

On your Public Mobile plan, while you are in Canada, you can call any Canadian number. If that person is in another country then they need to have a plan that works (roams) while out of Canada.

If you meant can you call a friend in Mexico now with a Canadian phone number, that depends if your friend has roaming service there.

if they do have roaming service in Mexico, then yes.

if not, No. I guess calls to to VM does not count.. LoL
