      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently I switched Public Mobile to other operator,&amp;nbsp; I paid public mobile monthly fee up to December 10 before. How can I get a refund for unused portion of the month if my last payment credit card is not active anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is prepaid.       <description>&lt;P&gt;PM does not provide any refund if you leave. Since you ported your number your account is closed and all funds there (if any) or add-ons, rewards are lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
