      <description>&lt;P&gt;In August 2020 I signed up for a $40. a month plan and was happy to paying $40. UNBEKNOWNST to me, the&amp;nbsp; plan changed in October, 2022 to a $15 plan. How can I find out what happened? Is it worth my looking into what caused the change or should I just sign up for another plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How very strange.&amp;nbsp; I hope that isn't a common occurrence around here.&amp;nbsp; Could it be that you need to view your account with incognito or private mode?&amp;nbsp; There are problems with cookies not clearing if the browser was used before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/263464"&gt;@teacherron&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;plan change won't affect bonus minutes and points (as long as those are NOT activation bonus, those 2GB or 12GB extra for so many months)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I also suggest you to try to open ticket with PM support and find out why the plan was changed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
