20GB FOR $35 PLAN

Hello, I wanted to get 20bg for $35 for 15 months plan, ordered sim card from the website, today it arrived, but the plan is no more. Can I still get that offer? Took some time till they delivered sim card and I was sure I could join that plan. Thank you

@pooochiny hi sorry that promo expired,unless you were speaking with a customer service agent and they said they would hold it for you then it's to late

That promotion is still active. Please activate using regular procedures.

@pooochiny Is it not available when you're activating your new SIM/account? Someone said (I think couple of days ago) that it was still available at activation.

It's also available in self serve account and the code still gets accepted, although it seems CSA's are needed to fix a glitch as the correct upcoming payment doesn't show or it's only working for immediate plan changes. TBH, I'm very confused as to the ins and outs of how this is getting sorted!

There's no need to contact a customer support agent. The promotion is still available.

The plan is on the regular activation page. New customers only need to enter the promo code.

I've already checked. The $55/20GB plan is avaialble. It's not a $35 plan but rather a $55 plan with a $20 discount for the first 15 billing cycles. You need to pick that $55/20GB plan and then use the promo code.

@Outdoorsman Agree, it's quite confusing, but someone did confirm that they were able to activate with it just a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, with so many threads and discussions about this, I don't remember who or what thread this was mentioned in.

I looked again a few seocnds ago, and the plan absolutely is still available. I've even confirmed that the promo code still works. If you're using a web browser in mobile view, please use desktop view or use a different device.

It's not just from a couple of days ago. I'm confirming that as of 30 seconds ago, the offer is still availiable. I checked just now and also before my first reply in this thread.

This is very strange as I have looked in mobile view and the $55/20GB plan is there.

unless you've already changed to it or have it scheduled you most likely won't see it. it's definitely there along with the $55/10gb plan
