PM only works while you are located in Canada or in US with an add on.

@CH4woody , Public Mobile has no roaming for Mexico. The only country with roaming agreement in place is US and you have to buy an add-on to use the feature.

HI @CH4woody it is normal, there is no roaming service in Mexico

For now, you can setup a new VoIP TextNow with another phone number. Give it to your friends and they can call and text you there with the new number. You will receive them on the app

PM does not provide service in Mexico. Only Canada and US (with proper US add-on).

Roaming is only from Canada for texting and calling.
