      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/267408"&gt;@dale-michelau&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to login again, but do this first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;clear browser cache, then restart browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can also use Private/Incognito mode and login with the new password&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After changing password it is recommended to wait 15-20 min before trying to log in again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clearing cache, using incognito/private mode might help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There isn't any need to wait 15 to 20 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
