      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added 300 International minutes onto my account on 11/28/22 but they have not been added. When i try calling the UK it says i have no minutes left.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can the minutes i added incorrectly be switched over to 1000 U.K Long Distance Minutes please? I haven't used any of them as the price is the same, i don't see why i should have to pay for them again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
