Hi! It says I'm not eligible for the offer? Just wondering why? My brother got it and we live in the same region and I usually get it every year.

Did you receive it and replied YES2?

First, did you reply the text with YES2?

if you have not received the invite text but just simply sent to 4911, then it won't work. PM will roll out the invites daily, you have to wait for your turn before you reply YES2. So, if you have not received the text yet, please wait until you got the text, then reply

It'll only work correctly, if you reply YES2 after you get the original text with the offer, not before.

Some enterprising folks (including me) tried to send a "YES2" SMS to the shortcode that the messages from Public Mobile came from, as seen in some screenshots provided by others on these forums. In my case since I legitimately had not received the text yet, I also indeed received the "You are not eligible" response... meaning "YET"

So hopefully it's just a matter of exercising some patience and waiting for your own personal notification.

many don't have it yet, too. But no worry, PM is sending out the text in stages , until Dec 15. So, it will come.
