      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the text is tied to the account. if the text was sent it should work by sending a message to that number.. who knows though, nothing works perfect here. i doubt a factory reset would cause any issues regarding the text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
