      <description>I had an old account on self serve. The email can't be used since it's still in the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I have the account renabled so I can activate my SIM?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your account is more than 90 days past expiry it cannot be reactivated, and the phone number is lost. In that situation just activate a new sim, and you&amp;nbsp;should be able to use your old email address unless you are moving from Koodo. If you need a new email address, just register at gmail.com.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, then I see two options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) try activating a new sim with the email address you wish to use; if you get stuck report here and a moderator will assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) activate the new sim with a temporary email address then change it once your account has been activated successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We all would appreciate your report once you have gotten your new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
