Can you provide screenshot of that 'guest'. Never heard you can have 'guest' on account unless it is your phone's feature.

when i pull down screen to access wifi, blue tooth etc. public mobile shows 2 heads. 1 says owner and the other guest.

ikr. i was hacked last night i just finished changing ip addresses but guest is still there

shows 2 heads when i scroll down for wifi etc. i cant get rid of it. i was hacked last night. ip address changed passwords changed but its sti;ll there never saw it before

Press your finger on the head labelled guest , until you see a little trash can. Then click on the little trash can to delete that unwanted guest.

If you're the device owner

Open your device's Settings app.
Tap System > Multiple users.
- If you can't find this setting, try searching your Settings app for users.
Tap the user's name.
Tap Remove guest > Remove. The user will be removed from the list

phone was hacked? I would buy a new phone... no one knows how powerful that trojan is/was. even a factory reset might not get rid of it... if it's a Chinese brand phone it's probably at the hardware level
